Cancellation policy

Cancellation policy for the summer season:

  • You can change or cancel your reservation free of charge up to 2 weeks before your arrival!
  • If you cancel in the period from 2 weeks to 1 week prior to arrival, you will be charged 30% of the total price.
  • Later cancellations / no-shows / early departures will be charged 100% of the total price.
  • If the hotel is officially closed by local authorities or borders are closed during the travel period, your reservations are cancelled free of charge.

Cancellation policy for the winter season:

  • You can change or cancel your reservation free of charge up to 4 weeks before arrival!
  • If you cancel in the period from 4 weeks to 2 weeks prior to arrival, you will be charged 30% of the total price.
  • Later cancellations / no-shows / early departures will be charged 100% of the price.
  • If the hotel is officially closed by local authorities or borders are closed during the travel period, your reservations are cancelled free of charge.

The general regulations of the Republic of Austria for a hotel’s contractual terms and conditions additionally apply.
